At Edifier, we are committed to providing high-quality audio experiences; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to ensure a smooth processing of your request.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Edifier account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the audio equipment in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective foam are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technical team inspects the returned hardware, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
